You never pay Ms. Nanny.
Our fees are paid by the family. You are never charged for a placement neither to be presented to a family.
CPR and First Aid.
If you complete the full screening process, we will pay for your certification.

We encourage our families to provide benefits such as guaranteed hours, paid time off, paid holidays, sick time and other standard benefits to ensure a long lasting relationship.
A written work agreement.
The agreement protects both sides. And it covers your rate, overtime, duties, notice period, mileage, benefits, etc.
We vet our families too.
We speak to them in detail about the position and household. Because we need to understand where you would be spending your working week.
Ongoing support
Once you are placed, you can contact us at any time, and if something is not working between you. You will also receive a monthly themed curriculum, child development content and training.

A video conversation about your experience, your approach to care, and the kind of family you want to work with.

Background check authorization.
We explain what we check and why before you sign anything.

Reference and employment checks.
We speak with your former families directly.

Criminal history, sex offender registry, Social Security verification, driving record, and a social media screen.

Personality assessment.
Simple questionaire that allows us to match you to the right family.
Once you are in, we send you jobs that genuinely match what you told us you want. You are never obliged to apply for any of them.
