How it works
Hiring a nanny can be overwhelming and time consuming, and most families are doing it for the first time. We screen hundreds of candidates and only give you a handful to pick from, guaranteeing your family's needs are met. You don't have to do it all alone.
Step 1
Register
You fill in a short form telling us where you are and what kind of care you are looking for.
Step 2
Personalized consultation
In this consultation we learn about your family and your childcare needs in detail. It can take place online, or in your home. From it we write a job description built around your household, and begin recruiting for your position specifically.
Step 3
Candidate profile review
Once we have candidates who fit the job description, we send you their profiles, each one already screened in full.
Step 4
Candidate interview
We arrange interviews with the candidates you would like to meet, by phone, by video call, or in person.
Step 5
Job offer
Once you have made your decision, you will extend an offer to your chosen candidate. We provide you a template of Employment Agreement, which sets out the duties and obligations of both parties and protects the family and the nanny alike.
Timing
How long it takes
Full-time placements
Typically 4 to 6 weeks.
Part-time placements
Typically 6 to 12 weeks. Part-time positions take longer to match because schedules are more specific.
