Ms. Nanny was born to give parents a support system: the peace of mind to work, to rest, or simply to do whatever they want, knowing your children are with someone you trust. You do not have to do it all alone.
Our Process
Step 1
Register
You fill in a short form telling us where you are and what kind of care you are looking for.
Step 2
Discovery consultation
A conversation where we find out if what we offer at Ms. Nanny matches what your family is looking for.
Step 3
Job description consultation
In this consultation we learn about your family and your childcare needs in detail. It can take place online, or in your home. From it we write a job description built around your household, and begin recruiting for your position specifically.
Step 4
Candidate profile review
Once we have candidates who fit the job description, we send you their profiles, each one already screened in full.
Step 5
Candidate interview
We help arrange interviews with the candidates you would like to meet, by phone, by video call, or in person.
Step 6
Job offer
Once you have made your decision, you will extend an offer to your chosen candidate. We provide you a template of Employment Agreement, which sets out the duties and obligations of both parties and protects the family and the nanny alike.
Timing
How long does the process take?
Full-time placements
Typically 4 to 6 weeks.
Part-time placements
Typically 6 to 12 weeks. Part-time positions usually take longer to match because schedules are more specific.
Costs
What to budget for a Nanny in DFW?
Every family's needs are different, so rates depend on experience, schedule, and duties. As a starting point, our nannies start at $25+ per hour.

- Comprehensive background check including: social security number verification, seven-year county and state criminal records, seven-year federal criminal records, national criminal database, and sex offender registry search
