- Minimum age of 21
- At least two years of professional childcare experience, verified with two former employers
- High school diploma or above, verified
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Comprehensive criminal background check, sex offender registry search, Social Security verification, and driving record check
- Social media screening
- Valid US work authorization and a clean criminal record
- Fluent English, a valid Texas driver's licence, and non-smoking
