Our commitment
Luso Care LLC dba Ms. Nanny wants every family and caregiver to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or voice control. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.
What we do
We use semantic headings and landmarks, descriptive text for images, labelled form fields, visible focus states, colour contrast that meets the guidelines, and layouts that work at small sizes and with text enlarged. Animation is reduced automatically for visitors whose devices request it.
Third-party content
Some parts of our service, such as our registration and application forms and embedded video, are provided by other companies. We choose partners who take accessibility seriously, but we do not control their code. If one of them blocks you, tell us and we will help you complete the same step another way, including over the phone.
