Is the nanny employed by Ms. Nanny?
No, our role is to introduce you a nanny that ultimately becomes your employee. We will guide you through the entire process alongside our payroll partners.
How long will it take to find someone?
Full-time placements usually take 4 to 6 weeks. Part-time placements take 6 to 12 weeks.
How many candidates will I see?
Since we only send you candidates already screened and that match to your family's needs, 3 to 5 is the standard for the family to make a decision.
What if it does not work out?
If the placement ends within the first 120 days, we run one replacement search at no additional cost.
Can we meet the nanny before deciding?
Yes, always. You interview every candidate you are interested in, by phone, video, or in person, and we arrange it. No family is ever asked to hire someone they have not met.
Is a nanny the same as an au pair?
No. An au pair comes to the United States on a cultural exchange visa and lives with the host family for a fixed term. The caregivers we place are locally based professionals who are already authorized to work here, hired directly by your family as household employees.
