Do I have to pay anything?
No. Never. Families pay our fee. We pay for your background check and for CPR and First Aid if you qualify.
How long does the screening process take?
It depends on how quickly you complete each stage and how fast your references respond. Most caregivers move through in one to two weeks.
Do you guarantee you will find me a job?
No. We will only contact you about roles that genuinely match and we advocate for you throughout. But we cannot promise a placement.
What if something goes wrong once I am placed?
Reach out to us. Whether it is a change in duties, a payment problem, or something that simply feels off, that is what we are here for. You are not on your own.
Do I need my own car?
Yes. You will need a valid driver's licence, a good driving record, and active auto insurance, whether or not the role involves driving the children.
